Zero Defect Policy

We, at The Roofing Store, LLC take great pride in customer service.  After completion of a job, we utilize a “Zero Defect” policy to ensure the fullest satisfaction of our customers.  During this process, the installer and the homeowner together walk the site grounds, assess the job done, and complete a survey.  This survey is to be sure all work performed was done so as expected and to the standards of the agreement.  In any case of damage due to installation, The Roofing Store, LLC will repair or replace any defect at no cost to you.  We service our customer for life!
